Great Experience. We interviewed around 5 different solar companies. Glow s team was not pushy, had competitive prices, explained things in detail and generally made us feel comfortable. We had an excellent solar installation experience. John conducted an on site assessment and provided us with a quote and document outlining every detail. He walked us through the process and made everything transparent: costs, logistics, etc. He also factored in additional incentives provided by Focus on Energy and financing options. He also provided some additional information on complementary storage and battery and electric vehicle additions for the future. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. The Glow Solar workers were respectful and safe.
John and the crew were truly great. We had been thinking about adding solar panels to our roof for some time but were reluctant because we thought it might not fit in with the look of our home. I met with John and he modeled an array for the back of the home and side garage using black panels. Not only did that solution look great, it was also very effective in generating substantial electricity. We couldn t be happier with the job Glow did for us.
Glow Solar was great to work with. I got quotes from about 7 different installers. Glow Solar was not the absolute cheapest, but their prices were in the lower half of my quotes. Also, they were very responsive unlike some companies. I had a lot of questions, and they were willing to answer all of them.

Upon completion of the work, the Glow team gave us a tour of the easy to understand setup, how it all worked, how the MG&E billing process would work to reflect the production and consumption of solar energy generated by our installation, and introduced us to the easy to use app for monitoring the daily/weekly/monthly/annual production of solar energy.
John Reinders is an honest, patient and knowledgeable advisor. When we decided to engage Glow Solar for our project, John proved to be a very diligent and efficient project manager. Just as John had committed to, the actual installation was completed in two days, with John ensuring that the city s inspection was completed promptly. At the end of the installation, our home was left as clean as it was before the work began.
I appreciated the attention to detail of the work. One example of this is the conduit was run very nicely to minimize the look of it. Overall, I m very happy with the final product. Lastly a shoutout to Tom who ran the project and kept me informed about the next steps.
We really appreciated that the project coordinator and technician, Tom, attended one of our early sales meetings to answer all our questions and that he actually led the installation and was right there at every step.
